A shot of ginger root a day most definitely keeps the aches and pains at bay! Similar to Just Turmeric, our bottles of Just Ginger are not meant to be consumed in one sitting. Instead, you can add an ounce or two of ginger to teas, take shots of it, add to your juices, cook with it or put in ice trays and freeze it for future uses.
